By using Kiboodle, you accept the practices described in this policy and are also aware that our policies change from time to time. You use of Kiboodle, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Information Collection and Use
Kiboodle does not sell or trade any personal information it obtains from users. Kiboodle collects certain personally identifiable information when you register as a user of the Site, including your name, email address and postal code. Once you register with Kiboodle and login to our Services, you are not anonymous to us. Kiboodle uses information for the general purposes of customizing the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, improve our services, conduct research, and to contact you about administrative messages relating to the Kiboodle Service.
When you login to Kiboodle, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all Kiboodle visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Kiboodle will not share personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people unless:

- We need to share the information with companies who work on behalf of Kiboodle to provide a product or service to you;
- We reasonably believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required or permitted by law;
- We respond to warrants, subpoenas, court orders or legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; or
- We find that your actions on our web sites violate the Kiboodle Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
We may transfer information about you if Kiboodle is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Kiboodle will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
When you register as a Kiboodle user, your registration information and other data will be transmitted to Canada and/or other countries for processing and storage by Kiboodle and its affiliates and may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of these countries.

Kiboodle may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Kiboodle.
Third Party Advertising
Advertisements that appear on Kiboodle are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as JavaScript and "web beacons" (also known as "1x1 gifs") to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. Kiboodle does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers. Third party advertisers have no access to your contact information stored on Kiboodle unless you choose to share it with them. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by Kiboodle and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers.
